No. We are a self-help document-preparation service. We prepare Oklahoma divorce documents at your direction. We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You can start the interview and preview your real documents without creating an account. You only add an email when you want to save your progress or purchase.
Will the court accept these documents?
Our documents follow Oklahoma statutes and include county-specific filing instructions. Courts can have local requirements, so we include steps to confirm anything specific with your county clerk. If a court rejects your forms, our 30-day guarantee applies.
How much does it cost?
A flat one-time fee (no subscription). Separately, the court charges a filing fee of roughly $180–$250, paid directly to the court clerk. A fee waiver may be available.
Is there a subscription or recurring charge?
Never. You pay once. We do not store your card or bill you monthly, unlike many online divorce sites.
What if we have children?
Our Standard and Comprehensive packages add the Parenting Plan, Child Support Computation, UCCJEA affidavit, and income-assignment form required when minor children are involved.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.
What if my spouse won’t agree?
This service is for uncontested divorces where both spouses agree. If your divorce is contested, you should speak with an attorney or legal aid.
