A flat one-time fee (no subscription). Separately, the court charges a filing fee of about $258 in most counties, paid directly to the court clerk. A fee waiver may be available.
Is there a subscription or recurring charge?
Never. You pay once. We do not store your card or bill you monthly, unlike many online divorce sites.
What if we have children?
